Cooking Ingredients

Delicious buttons, can be used in cooking, chocolate fountains or just for scoffing.  They come in milk, white, dark & 70%.

If using in a chocolate fountain, let us know in the special instructions part of your order and we'll include our instructions of use on the packet.

Please note these are suitable for cooking with, but will need to be 'tempered' if using as a covering.  Any good recipe book will explain the methods behind this.

All you need to do is mix the sachets of mousse mix with milk, place in serving bowls, fridge for 90 mins and sprinkle with chocolate flakes just before serving.
