Fudge
An excellent hand made hard fudge. Otherwise known as Butter Tablet, it is a delicious firm fudge, just like Granny used to make. It is made by us to a traditional Scottish recipe here in Wadebridge, Cornwall. We feel we have been making it long enough to call it Cornish Butter Tablet.
